A great retention approach.Usually when times are problematic trying to gain new customers they will try to milk their current ones. They may even increase prices slightly. Now once the economy becomes around those customers may not be very happy with the provider. Those that are getting discounts in a bad economy will unquestionably remember the companies that do that for them. Customers will not forget. And just like you rewarded them in a down economy they will reward you.
